Terms and Conditions

1. WORKING HOURS BEGIN

  • Work hours start upon arrival at the customer’s chosen location.

  • 50 km of travel from Helsinki city center is free of charge. Additional distance incurs a 0,28 €/km fee.

  • Minimum service time: 3 hours.

  • Some services include materials in the price; others are labor-only. Pricing is agreed upon before the contract is signed.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

If the customer cancels the service:

  • More than 48 hours in advance: No cancellation fee.

  • Less than 24 hours in advance: A 50% fee of the estimated price will be charged.

  • No-show without prior notice: The full estimated price will be charged.

3. PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, card payments and bank transfers. An electronic receipt will be provided upon payment.

For larger projects or custom parts, a deposit of 30% of the estimated cost may be required when placing the order.

4. CUSTOMER PREPARATION

To ensure efficient and safe service, the customer should:

  • Clear the area around the boat before our arrival.

  • Remove personal items and secure loose equipment.

  • Notify us in advance about any special requirements or fragile areas.

If the boat is locked or inaccessible upon arrival, waiting time will be billed as working hours.

5. DAMAGE LIABILITY

We handle every boat with the utmost care. However:

  • We are not responsible for existing damage or wear on the boat before service.

  • Any new damage caused by our team will be documented and compensated in accordance with our insurance policy.

  • Corrosion or structural issues discovered during cleaning or customization are not our responsibility.

6. CUSTOMER PRESENCE

The customer or a designated representative should be present at the beginning and end of the service to inspect the work and confirm completion.

If the customer is not present, we will take photographic evidence of the finished work and send it to the provided contact information.

7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Our services include both surface cleaning and detailed cleaning (including opening cupboards and compartments).

  • If compartments are locked or not accessible, we will only clean the external surfaces.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside compartments during cleaning.

8. CUSTOM PARTS AND 3D PRINTING

Custom parts are created based on the customer's specifications and must be approved before final production.

  • Any changes or modifications requested after production has started may result in additional costs.

  • Custom parts are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect in materials or craftsmanship.

9. WEATHER CONDITIONS

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds, or freezing temperatures). We will notify customers as early as possible and arrange a new appointment.

10. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our team follows strict safety protocols while working on your boat.

  • If the work environment is deemed unsafe or hazardous, we reserve the right to refuse service until the situation is resolved.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring safe dock access and proper mooring of the boat.

11. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

Any complaints about the service must be reported within 24 hours after the work is completed. We will address issues promptly and professionally. Free Evaluation Visit

The first step in our service process is a free evaluation visit, where we get to know your boat and discuss your needs and preferences. You can easily schedule an evaluation visit by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our online contact form. Our contact information is conveniently available on our website.

Personalized Recommendations and Quotation Package

During the evaluation visit, we will review the condition of your boat and discuss any maintenance or repair services it might require. If desired, we will also recommend suitable services for your boat. After the visit, we will send you an initial quotation package via email or phone, detailing the prices of various services. This allows you to choose either a complete package or only the services that best meet your needs.

Service Pricing Information

For your convenience, we have price charts available on our website for the various services we offer. You can visit our site to check the estimated price range for the services you are interested in. This helps you get a preliminary idea of the costs involved before we provide a detailed quotation.

Selecting Services Directly Without an Evaluation Visit

If you already know exactly which services your boat requires, you can select them directly without an evaluation visit. In this case, you can contact us and book an appointment directly. We will then send you a price estimate as a confirmation. The final price will be determined on-site after we have assessed the condition of your boat.

Service Agreement and Work Commencement

In all cases, work will only begin once the service agreement has been confirmed with your signature. The service agreement ensures that both parties agree on the scope of work, timeline, and pricing.

If an evaluation visit has not been conducted, you can still cancel or modify your order at this stage. However, if the evaluation visit has been completed and the price has already been agreed upon through the order confirmation, the order cannot be canceled when we arrive to perform the work.

Quality and Satisfaction

We are committed to ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our work. To document our services, we take photos of your boat before and after the work is completed. With your written permission, we are happy to publish these photos on our website gallery, allowing you to see previous projects and examples of our expertise.
